This isn't a club. This is a living laboratory of stewardship governance. Every principle below is operational, not aspirational.
Entry via personal invitation or referral from existing members. No public applications. Curated by resonance, not credentials.
Everything visible. No backchannels. All feedback public. Stewardship modeled in real time, not performed, lived.
We recognize everyone here is doing their best with what they carry. Feedback is gift, not correction. Compassion is structural.
Each member owns their commitments. Community supports, never rescues. Self-selection is honored, always.
We are Earth Guardians. When tension arises, we return to why we're here. Service over ego. Collective over personal.
We come with different baggage, histories, beliefs, preferences. The container holds all of it. Rigidity would kill what we're building.
Proposed activities anyone can initiate or join. Participation is opt-in. No obligations.
Monthly collective calls
Quarterly in-person gatherings
Working group sessions
Peer 1:1s (self-organized)
Ceremonies / rituals (optional)
Space where any member can request help. Community responds. No obligation, only resonance.
"I need feedback on a governance decision"
"I'm stuck on this conflict pattern"
"I need someone to hold space for 30min"
"I need resources on [topic]"
Member-initiated topics for collective inquiry. The initiator holds the frame and moderates. Not debate, sense-making.
"How do we handle sibling resentment?"
"What does stewardship mean when you didn't choose the wealth?"
"How do we integrate shadow without destabilizing the system?"
Anyone can take responsibility for a task. Share struggles transparently. Community assists, never judges.

Every 3 months, each member updates publicly (visible to all):
Projects, builds, focus areas.
The weight, the responsibility, the transition.
The lived experience right now.
Support, connection, resources, space.
All feedback between members happens publicly. This is intentional. transparency models stewardship.
Step 1 — Wait 3 days. Let the charge settle. See if it's still present.
Step 2 — Post in FEEDBACK space. Share the situation, your interpretation (owned as yours), your intention.
Step 3 — The other person chooses. Accept feedback (public thread), decline (no explanation needed), or request private 1:1 first (then summarize publicly).
Why public? Transparency models stewardship. Others learn from the dynamic. Accountability is structural, not personal.
I will update my Quarterly Check-In
I will be transparent about my struggles and needs
I will follow the Feedback Protocol
I will assume everyone is doing their best
I will participate, not just observe
I will self-select out if this is no longer my container
I recognize we are here as Earth Guardians — this is our shared "why"
